About the Capitol View Commerce Center
Capitol View Commerce Center is now World Trade Center Harrisburg!
Located at the intersection of Cameron and Herr streets on the eastern edge of downtown Harrisburg, Capitol View is minutes from and within site of the Capitol Complex and the central business district. Also nearby is the Pennsylvania Farm Exhibition Hall, one of the largest indoor exhibit centers in the country.
Notably, the site is also minutes from four Interstate highways and other major arteries, making the Ports of New York, Philadelphia, and Baltimore very accessible. When conceived in 2006, Capitol View was hailed as one of the most ambitious projects in Harrisburg in decades. However, the economic downturn just a few years later caused the project to be put on hold.
It was not until 2013, when the limitless possibilities of the project were combined with the energy and vision that defines Moran Industries, that Capitol View finally began to become reality. Today Capitol View has become a shining example of what can happen when the private sector, working with state and local agencies, can accomplish.
